Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced

  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven over the campfire, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
