Campfire Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes diced
- 8 slices of bacon chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 onion diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your campfire grill or set up a campfire with a grate over the flames.
- In a large cast-iron skillet or aluminum foil packet, heat the olive oil over the campfire.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet or foil packet, spreading them out into an even layer.
