  • 8 sausages sliced
  • 4 potatoes diced
  • 2 bell peppers diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over your campfire or portable stove.
  • Add the sliced sausages to the skillet and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  • Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked through, add the diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet.
  • Cook the vegetables until they are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  • Return the cooked sausages to the skillet and mix them with the potatoes and vegetables.
  • Season the hash with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
  • Continue cooking the hash for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Once everything is heated through and well combined, remove the skillet from the heat.
