Instructions
At home, mix dry spices and rub over pork shoulder.
Place pork in slow cooker with chicken broth.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
Shred pork and mix with barbecue sauce.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
At campsite, reheat in a pot over campfire or camp stove.
Serve on buns with coleslaw if desired.
