Make-Ahead Chicken or Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 5 oz each of chicken or tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts or dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • At home, mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cooler.
  • At campsite, serve on bread, crackers, or with vegetable sticks.
