At home, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Divide pizza dough into 6 portions and roll each into a circle.
On one half of each circle, layer sauce, cheese, sausage, and vegetables.
Sprinkle with oregano and basil.
Fold dough over to create a half-moon shape and crimp edges to seal.
Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely, then wrap individually in foil.
Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag in the refrigerator or cooler.
At campsite, brush with olive oil and reheat on a grill over the campfire for about 10 minutes, turning once.
