Homemade Hummus with Veggie Dippers

Ingredients
  

For the hummus:

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp water

For the veggie dippers:

  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups cucumber slices
  • 2 cups bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • At home, blend all hummus ingredients until smooth.
  • Store hummus in an airtight container.
  • Wash and prep vegetables, store in separate containers.
  • At campsite, serve hummus with veggie dippers.
