Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces of pocket bread pita or naan
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorite
  • Your favorite pizza toppings pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your campfire or portable grill, ensuring you have a medium-high heat.
  • Lay out the pocket bread on a flat surface.
  • Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on one half of each pocket bread.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the sauce, ensuring even coverage.
  • Add your favorite pizza toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Fold the other half of the pocket bread over the toppings to create a pocket, pressing down gently to seal the edges.
  • Wrap each filled pocket bread in aluminum foil, ensuring they are securely wrapped.
  • Place the foil-wrapped pizza pockets on the grill or over the campfire.
  • Cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
  • Carefully remove the foil-wrapped pockets from the heat using tongs or heat-resistant gloves.
  • Let the pizza pockets cool for a minute before unwrapping them.
