Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your campfire grill or set up a campfire with a grate over the flames.
  • Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal portions.
  • Roll each portion of dough into a long rope, about 6 inches in length.
  • Tie each rope into a knot, tucking the ends underneath to secure.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to make the garlic butter.
  • Brush each knot generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place the knots on the grill or over the campfire, ensuring they are positioned on a stable surface.
  • Cook the knots for 5 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the knots from the heat using heat-resistant gloves or tongs.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the knots while they are still warm.
  • Serve the Campfire Garlic Knots hot and enjoy the deliciousness!
